1.2 By visiting or using this website, or any part or service thereof, you agree to the terms outlined below, including any additional terms and policies referenced on this page.
1.3 If you do not agree with all the terms of this agreement, you cannot make purchases on this site or use any of its services or features.

2. Orders
2.1 You can place orders for products provided in our store according to the terms offered on the site.
2.2 Currently, sales and delivery are only available within the territory of Montenegro.
2.3 All information provided by you when placing an order must be accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for inaccurately provided information.
2.4 Please note that products are not stored in stock. We print images on textile blanks (t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, etc.) according to your order.
2.5 Upon receiving your order, we will check the availability of the necessary textile blanks and begin production within one business day or inform you of any problems regarding your order.
2.6 The purchased items may slightly differ from the images presented. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that the color display on your device accurately reflects the color of the products.
2.7 Product may differ slightly from the images on the website in terms of color and the size of the image on the item. Due to manual production, slight shifts in image placement may occur, and the image on XXL-sized clothing may appear smaller than on S-sized clothing. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you understand that differences in size, placement, color, ink coverage, and appearance may vary depending on the product, and you agree to allow us to use our professional judgment in this matter.
2.8 We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for the following reasons:
– Necessary product is not available or in stock.
– Equipment problems that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
– The information provided by you is incorrect and/or cannot be clarified additionally.
– Your order appears to be fraudulent or deceptive.
– We could not deliver to the address provided.
– In the event of a pricing error, typo or other mistake in the website information.
– Your order includes discount codes used with a fraudulent purpose
2.9 In the event of order cancellation or partial cancellation, we will contact you via the email provided by you. Additionally, we will try to contact you by phone or messenger.

3. Prices, Discount Coupons or codes, and Promo Offers
3.1 We reserve the right to change prices for products and services at any time without prior notice. Any orders placed before these changes cannot be amended based on the revised price.
3.2 Only one discount code can be used per order. Discounts apply to the total order amount excluding delivery costs. Some discount codes may have preconditions for their validity.
3.3 We reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without prior notice.
3.4 We may conduct promotional offers for a specific period. We reserves the right to terminate or extend the validity of a promotional offer without prior notice.

4. Payment
4.1 For legal entities Bank transfer is only possible.
4.2 We must receive payment in full for the goods ordered before the order can be processed.
4.3 By placing an order, you agree to pay pro-forma for the invoiced goods.
4.4. Information on products and prices for goods and services for legal entities is currently under development. The terms of operation of the online store for legal entities will be published later. 5. Delivery
5.1 Currently, we only provide delivery within the territory of Montenegro.
5.2 Delivery is carried out by reliable courier services to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your order. An alternative delivery method is postal delivery through Montenegro Post.
5.3 Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee a specific date or time for delivery.
5.4 After handing over your order to the transportation company, we will notify you by sending an email or a messenger message.
5.5 If you are unavailable at the specified address during delivery, the courier service may leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling or picking up the parcel from a designated pickup point.
5.6 In rare cases where delivery is delayed or lost due to reasons beyond our or the courier service’s control, we collaborate with the courier service to promptly resolve the issue.
5.7 It is essential to provide accurate and complete delivery information during the order process to ensure successful delivery. Inaccuracies or omissions may lead to delays or unsuccessful deliveries.
5.8 The courier will contact you to confirm the location and time of delivery. If you can share your geolocation, it will simplify and expedite the process of receiving your parcel.

5.10 Upon receiving the ordered goods, the buyer is obligated to check the contents of the delivery. In case of errors in the delivery or damage to the goods, the buyer must immediately inform the delivering courier. Do not accept the goods if there are visible external damages. If the ordered goods are unsatisfactory, you can return them, and a protocol must be drawn up, clearly stating the reason for the return. Reasons for returning goods may include defective products or a mismatch in size between the ordered and delivered items. In the case of returning defective and/or damaged goods, the invoice amount will be reduced by the cost of the returned goods.
5.11 The accuracy of the order is verified upon acceptance, and subsequent claims will not be accepted.

6.1 Returns and exchanges are possible in accordance with the conditions specified in the return and exchange policy.
