The Highest Quality

High-Resolution, Durable Printing Guaranteed

Thanks to our cutting-edge equipment, we provide two printing methods:

DTG Printing

Perfect for printing multi-color, photo-quality images on white cotton T-shirts in quantities of 1–50 pieces. Outpaces other methods in speed and cost-efficiency for orders of this size, delivering full color long-lasting prints.

DTG (Direct To Garment) at a Glance

DTG — prints directly onto the fabric. Sometimes called digital printing, this method uses a specialized inkjet printer to apply your design, followed by heat pressing to set the image. The ideal fabric is at least 70% cotton, in white or near-white shades.

For dark or polyester fabrics, a special primer is first applied over the area to be printed. Once the primer dries, the design is printed in two stages: first with white ink, then in full color. Our advanced Japanese printer handles this quickly, but we generally avoid printing on dark fabrics. Applying the primer and drying it takes time, and the resulting three-layer print can feel similar to DTF prints, losing two key DTG advantages — speed and breathability. That’s why DTF is preferred for darker items.

DTG is mainly intended for high-detail, full-color prints on white cotton, with speed being one of its main advantages.

What Companies Don’t Like to Say About DTG

To get a top-quality print that lasts, the fabric must be high-quality cotton with the right thread structure, such as Ringspun. Clothing manufacturers often specify whether a garment is suitable for DTG. (So, a random T-shirt from any store might not be ideal.)
That’s why we print using DTG only on selected models from global brands like Fruit of the Loom® and Gildan®.

Even at maximum print brightness, DTG images will appear slightly less vivid than DTF prints.
But if you look at it creatively, this is actually a cool feature. Want a warm, cozy, vintage, or naturally subdued look? DTG technology gives you that creative option!

This method isn’t ideal for filling large areas with a single color. In almost all cases, printing circles or blocks larger than 5×5 cm may show slight “graininess.” This is a feature of the technology: as the fabric dries, fibers lift unevenly.
Nowadays, gradients are very popular in software and app designs. DTG technology is perfect for turning on-screen gradients into real, tangible prints.

The print is very durable, but over time and multiple washes, it will fade slightly. The exact percentage of fading depends on detergents and wash settings.
The brutal reality of DTG prints is this: they don’t dissolve, they don’t wash away — they merely fade, standing strong until the ultimate tragedy strikes… a new hole in your well-worn, well-loved T-shirt.

To keep your merch looking great, follow simple care tips:
Use a gentle wash cycle up to 30°C. Turn the garment inside out before washing. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. Iron on the reverse side — DTG prints are more forgiving than DTF prints when it comes to ironing.

DTF Printing

DTF is a highly versatile method for applying multi-color prints to cotton or polyester items of any color. Suitable for orders starting from 1 piece. Slightly slower than direct printing, but bright, durable, and budget-friendly for any reasonable quantity.

DTF (Direct To Film) at a Glance

As the name suggests, DTF — “Direct to Film” — uses an intermediate carrier: a PET film with a special coating. The design is printed onto the film, then a powdered adhesive is applied on top. The sheet is heat-treated so the ink and adhesive layers set perfectly. The finished film is placed onto the garment and heat-pressed. The image bonds firmly to the fabric, while the film is easily removed.

This is the most versatile printing method, allowing full-color designs on fabrics of any composition and color — and even on some non-fabric materials.

What Companies Don’t Like to Say About DTF

DTF technology holds a significant market share and is also physically noticeable — the print can be felt on the surface. Depending on the printer and inks, the texture may range from “plastic-like” to “slightly rubbery.” Larger prints feel more pronounced. This is the cost of vibrant color and durability. Our printer, however, produces a more balanced surface: slightly textured but comfortable to the touch.
DTG printing does not have this issue. You feel only the fabric itself, which allows airflow and breathability — especially important in warmer conditions.
Both technologies are effective and resistant to multiple washes. We can provide samples for comparison.

To extend the life of your merch, follow simple care instructions: wash gently at up to 30°, turn inside out before washing, avoid bleach, and iron on the reverse side, especially for DTF-printed garments.
